Diabetes Behavior Monitor Thermometer

HealthDesignBy.Us developed a "thermometer" poster to help guide discussion around healthy behaviors for children with type 1 diabetes. The chart is a conversation guide that guides parents on how to  respond to different behaviors related to diabetes. The design was developed and iterated upon by social workers, patient partners and endocrinologists from the University of Michigan Mott Hospital along with designers from HealthDesignBy.Us.
